Robzilla1983 Posted April 20, 2012 Report Share Posted April 20, 2012 Got to join club 300 in the deadlifts last night. Pulled out 5 reps at 305#. And it went easier than last weeks 195. Pretty effin excited about thisGoing for my 1RM next weekend. Hoping for 370. Not really expecting it but I'll give it a try. There's a push pull event at CF where you get three attempts to find your 1RM. I think I'm gonna go for 325,350,370. The 325 and 350 I think will be do-able. 370 will be pushing it, but worth the attempt since it's twice my body weight Link to comment
