Xena Posted January 10, 2018 Author Report Share Posted January 10, 2018 I've been traveling for several days...not sure when I last posted. I didn't do the stacked pushups or the up-and-down planks. Pushups were hard and inconvenient with traveling. Planks were very do-able, but I didn't feel like doing them in the middle of the airport. Back on track now though. Did the matrix tilts and hooks with EC. In some ways it's nice to have missed a couple days. I feel like I can just have fun with these. I see a couple new people have joined. Great to have you! @WhiteGhost I've lost track of your points.
