I kid you not, this is the first ANYONE has ever asked me out on a date. ever. (I just turned 32 for the record).I am not the girl people ask out. LOL I'm just the nerdy female friend who hangs out with the guys doing sports and playing video games. It doesn't happen to me! The few people I have dated, I've met through mutual friends or school, and there was never a "date" it was sort of a "slipped into it" thing. (Mr Pirate now takes me on dates regularly to make sure I get properly courted! So no worries or complaints there!)It was such a shock, and I totally blushed. I wasn't quite sure at first what to do! LOLIt was someone new at work, so I really was not expecting it!And I politely declined saying that I have Mr Pirate but thank you for asking me out.He tried to be cool and came around my desk to see the pics I have up of me and Mr. Pirate (which Im not sure how he didn't notice them before). He said that he needed to see him and approve so he could make sure that he's good enough. (again, totally sweet).Wow!
