Less than two months of CrossFit workouts

. . . and my deadlift has gone from 135lbs for a 1RM to 175lbs (from 3/19 to 5/2)

. . . and my back squat has gone from 125 lbs for a 1RM to 155lbs (from 3/26 to 5/9)

. . . and my bodyfat percentage has gone from 25.2% (on 3/10) to 22.3% (today, 5/9)

. . . and my weight has gone from 142.5lbs to 137lbs.

And I feel great!!

I think I'll keep doing this.
