Lm sumo squats to RDL bar+22.5kg 4x6

B ring dips 3x8

B chins +2.5kg 6x3, no weight 2x3

curls / laterals 2x8 / 2x20 

Lm press / Rear delts bar+16kg  3x8 / 2x20

Band rear delt raise 2x20

band triceps 1x20

 

Added 2.5kg on legs.

Got 3x.8 on band ring dips. Took 3 minutes rest which is a lot for me.

Added weight to band chin ups and got 6x3

Lm squats bar+25kg 3x8

Ring kneel push ups 6x4

yates rows 47.5kg 8x3

curls / laterals 2x8 / 2x20

lm press bar+11kg 3x 8 /  rear delt raises 20,20,15

 

Added weight on lm squats and dropped from 3x10 to 3x8.

Went from 8x3 to 6x4 on kneel ring push ups. 5x5 next time.

Added weight on rows but went from 4x6 to 8x3. Will add again next time.

Added 1kg on lm press.

Ill switch to 3x15 on rear delt raises as did a pause on the last set and felt better.

 

Jogging tomorrow. I just do it!!!

 

Im going to buy some snowshoes (like tennis rackets on bottom of boots) for snow hiking in January.

Added 2.5kg on legs. I’ll add again in January.

Didnt get 3x8 on dips this time but dropped rest time from 3 mins to 2mins. I’ll add weight in Feb.

Added 0.5kg on lm press.

 

I started doing 2 sets of rear delt rows and 2 sets of behind the back raises.

 

Need to be consistent in January!

 

 

Its looking like snowshoeing on Saturdays and snowboarding on Sundays when I’m not away.

Lm squats bar+25kg 3x8

Ring kneel push ups 5x5

yates rows 50kg 8x3

curls / laterals 2x8 / 2x20

lm press bar+11.5kg 3x 8 /  rear delt 3x15

 

Went from 6x4 to 5x5 on kneel ring pushups.

Added 2.5kg on rows.

Added 0.5kg on lm press.

Tried a new rear delt move with bands. I’ll stick with it and see what I think.

 

Not too bad. Im aiming to be more consistent (at least in January ?).

B chins +2.5kg 6x3, no weight 2x3

curls / triceps 2x8 / 2x20 

Lm press bar+17.5kg  2x8 / laterals 2x20 / rear delts 1x.20

 

Added weight on legs. Lower back said no 4th set. I’ll add weight again and stick to 3 sets.

 

I added weight to band dips instead of going for 3x8 without weight. Partly due to 1 less set on legs.

I think I will add rear delts before dips to warmup shoulders. 
 

Added weight on lm press but only got 2 sets. I did triceps before shoulders for the 1st time and that was a mistake! But I won’t do it again.

 

Some incremental progress after a small break.

Added 2.5kg on lm squat

Did dips instead of ring pushups. Issue with 2nd set of rings.

Added 2.5kg on rows.

Added 1kg on lm press.

 

Today was tough by the end!

B ring dips +2.5kg 5x5

B chins +2.5kg 8x3

curls / triceps 2x8 / 2x20 

Lm press bar+17.5kg  3x8 / rear delts 3x20 / triceps 1xF

 

High pull 2x20

 

Adder weight on legs but dropped volume. I’ll add weight next time.

 

Rings felt good. I’ll add weight start of February.

Got 3 extra sets of weighted chins.

Did 1 sets of triceps at the end.

 

High pulls are good. I’m doing from an angle now and can really feel in upper traps.
