Good Lord Steve what did you do to me?

Started this on May 1st. I'm down 12 lbs from 235 to 223!

I feel like I didn't even try that hard. I gave up junk, bread and pasta; I upped my veggies and fruit. But I still eat all sorts of food I love.

I stopped hamster wheeling it on the treadmill and picked up some weights (combo of beginner's circuit and a couple other things sprinkled in for good measure - still doing a circuit routine though) and voila!

My summer goal is 200 lbs by July 25th - Vacation in Mexico. Woot!

Thanks to Steve and everyone in the community for all the great advice and motivation!
