What's in your lunch box today?

Naturally

It seems to me as if it would be a good idea to do a thread on this, to give each other ideas. If this one works out, we could also do a "what's for tea" thread too.

Shall I start? I'm trying to feed my brain today,so I have made what I am going to inventively call "mashed brains". Tuna, cream cheese, a little bit of milk to loosten the cream cheese, walnut oil, and raw halved button mushrooms, pickled onions and salt and pepper stirred through. I'm going to have it on lettuce leaves I think.

What have you had today? :)

Here is a picture I just took of my lunch for today. Try to guess what I'm having.

And yes, even though the calendar says January, I did take the picture today.

Man, ya'll are all eating a lot better than me.

I had a salad of kale and romaine with some red onions in it. Homemade dressing (applecider vinegar, olive oil, spicy mustard) and a pack of tuna. Oh and my boss gave me an apple.

I have: pork roast cold cuts (got a meat slicer for mother's day, LOVE IT!), some leftover chard & potato casserole and some shredded carrot salad. I had an apple, but I ate it already.
