mandy75
I got to take my baby, Willow, out for a 70 mile ride yesterday. I haven't been able to ride in a pretty long time because she was broken, got her fixed last month, and was finally able to get her out yesterday. She needs tires so Im being pretty cautious for now. I realize yesterday, after I got back, I had never ridden alone like that. I have always been in groups unless I was just running an errand. I also realized after about 30miles or so, my registration is out of date..oops. gymell
I used to ride a Yamaha V Star 1100 custom. When I lived in Iowa it was great because it was so quick and easy to get out on the country roads. When I moved to the Twin Cities, it really wasn't fun riding in traffic, so I sold it several years ago. Really enjoyed the years I rode, though. I prefer to mostly ride in groups (for the social aspect) but with rising petrol prices I'm thinking commuting to Uni on the bike is the way to go. Level 1 half elfFitocracyChallenge Link to comment
shortstuff
I ride a honda 80cc, and a yamaha 125, which is probably a little on the big side for me as I'm a bit on the short side. becthebiker
Hey all! I'm new to the NF community, and this is my first post - nothing inspires me to post like motorcycle talk! I had to sell my last bike , a Ninja 500, a couple of years ago. She was a beauty of a bike, but I'm a low rider girl at heart. I got my licence 10 years ago as of this week and I'm pining for a ride, so I will live vicariously through your bike-riding tales. Have fun! "I feel the need... the need for speed!" Link to comment
sumdawgtwigg
I've got a Yamaha AT1 125 Enduro. Great shape for it's age. Last summer I rode a Honda 80 elite scooter, sold it in the fall. Love the yamaha though, second one I've owned.
