How much you currently weigh. 5 x 5 = common way of sayings a number of reps for a number of sets. this instance is 5 reps for 5 sets. tends to be confusing because it could be [reps] x [sets] or [sets] x [reps]. the common way i believe is [reps] x [sets]. dyel = do you even lift?
