Hello fellow nerds~

I'm Lommy, 23 F pharmacy student from germany.

I'm a RPG nerd, need to loose weight (about 38kg/85lbs), build up some strength

and stamina and I really need some people who kick my ass everytime I fall back

into old habbits. What better place could I have found to get all of that than this one?

I'm hitting the gym since 2 months now, 2-3 times a week. Every member gets a personal training schedule if he wants one. For the time being I'll stick with that one (mix of cardio and strength). Once I built some basic strength and stamina I'll take some classes as well. For the diet I tried to count calcories but that didn't really work for me. Since I eat at the canteen from time to time or over at friends and I never really know what's inside of that stuff. I think I'll get into paleo or at least try it out a month or two. It seems like a concept that would work with a university student life stlye.
