Ardek Posted October 22, 2012 Report Share Posted October 22, 2012 Hiya,For over 3 years I've been toying with the idea of improving myself, but for the most part, only had short term successes before I got bored, gave up and went back to whatever game I was playing at the time. I'd imagine that this seems pretty familiar to a lot of you.Then, yesterday, I stumbled across this site. Go me.I have taken your advice and taken a couple of photos as well as weighed myself (other measurements will be taken once I'm back home - with a measuring tape). I can not wait to look at the 'after' pictures however many months down the line... mostly 'cos excercise sucks! (At the mo). Ah well, it'll all start to be worth it when I start to see progress.Thanks again. Give it time -- it grows on you. And I hear you about the after photos...I'm almost due for my next set and am really excited to see if I can see the change in the photos yet....
