Livestrong Posted November 3, 2012 Report Share Posted November 3, 2012 Whats up everyone. My name is Jim I am 25 years old 6' 159lbs. I am looking to gain mass and muscle. I have tried other forums before that were not to helpful. I am finding it very difficult to find a workout/meal plan that will work for me. Mainly because there are so many to choose from. I visit my library often for book on weight training nutrition but all I can find most of the time is weight loss programs and books that claim to give you "6 weeks to great abs". I am also looking for as many reliable resources as I can on strength training and nutrition.I am glad to be here and I am very excited for the future! Link to comment

I recommend that you get the rebel fitness guide if you haven't yet done so. It includes a number of workout guides and a basic eating plan as well.
