spatzcat
woot to me! I added in more weight training, and cross training on the elliptical, and dropped 1 minute, 20 seconds off my 5k run in 2 weeks. 26.30! and, an 8 min mile. For anyone out there trying to get faster, weight training plays an integral part!I hope by the next post I crack that 25 min mark....and the elusive 7 min mile. Never let your fear decide your fate.
