oot62 Posted November 5, 2012 Report Share Posted November 5, 2012 Hey all, My name is Judi, I'm a 45 year old mom of two teenage boys, and married to a great guy. Over the past 2 years I lost 60 pounds, and after being "stuck" for various reasons I recently gained 20 back. I would like to lose 30 - 35 lbs. So, I went in search of new answers. I know I have a sugar addition, and this feels like the right place to break that and finish what I started.For the past week or so I have been researching Paleo. Saturday I researched recipes, planned meals and went grocery shopping. Yesterday was Day One and it wasn't so bad! I am modifying this lifestyle to meet my needs. Looking forward to not counting every calorie, and for my pants to fit again! 0000I love to exercise, do circuit training and jogging right now, but eventually I'd like to level-up and try CrossFit.I look forward to support, advice, and need to see what your challenges are all about so I can start some goal-setting.
