Hello all!

I am a 25 year old IT guy from northern Michigan and I have finally decided to take the reins on my wellness. I was just doing a little google-fu and I think that this might be the perfect community for me!

I am 6'1" and at this time I am about 270 and I really want to get back down to my teen weight of 170-190. After browsing for a bit I know I have some things that need changing, like cutting out soda and changing up my diet. I am interested in the Paleo Diet, at lest to try it out.

A challenge will start Monday - you can post goals till Wednesday I think to join. I see you haven't selected a guild (profession) yet, which you will need to do to join the challenge.
