And looking forward to being part of the Nerd Fitness Community.So why am I here?To level up my life, stop wasting time and get things done.Current state of play is that I have stop workouts. Start to put the weight on.My full time Job is just that. A Job. I find if I try to do to much at once it all falls apart.any workouts you would recommend for the future? Some people try to do too much too fast and burn out. Slow and steady wins the race. Welcome aboard!
