Hello everyone!

Hey guys

I am Grover from Ontario. I am 22 year old and currently doing a part time job. My highet is 5.9" and wiehgt is 148 pound/67kgs. Well I was tryin to find some good tips for health and some exercise tips also which can reduce my weight and also reduce the fat from the belly. So i found this forum to helpful for me. Hope guys it will be a great time with you and I will get much knowledge about exersice and healty body. Thanks

Hi Grover. It doesn't sound so much like you need to lose weight; it sounds more like you need to lose fat + gain muscle. Check out the free resources on the site. Remember, losing fat/weight...you can't outrun your fork. So take a look at the eating tips as well as the workouts. Good luck!
