Hello.

Just found this site after trawling through hundreds of BS sites promoting such crap as 3 rep sets, and supplements that would cost half my income.

I'm just getting back into fitness training. I used to do a lot of rock climbing which kept me super fit, but the last 3 years my regime has focused around the remote control.

I've been training in the gym for 2 months now, 3-4 times a week and starting to see some results.

Here is my workout:

All 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps:

Workout 1:

Squats

Bench press

Incline press

Dumbell flies

Leg press

Tricep curls

Core work (TRX stuff, planks and variations of, swiss ball stuff, crunches)

Workout 2:

Squats

Pull ups

Dumbell rows

Cable pull downs

Overhead press

Core work as above.

I also run 5k three times a week and cycle everywhere instead of the bus.
