mal Posted December 24, 2012 Report Share Posted December 24, 2012 whats up as you can tell this is my intro and am new to this so am learning as i go well a little about my self am currently in the marine corps and for me am training to be a ranger (not army ranger) as well as parkour i have heard a lot about crossfit and seen awesome results from people and my long time goal is to be as functionally fit as possible i want to be super strong but i also to want to be able to still be agile and very mobile so any advice on how to better myself in crossfitting would be helpful thanks [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] we have nothing to fear but fear itself - Franklin D.
