Trooper Posted December 27, 2012 Report Share Posted December 27, 2012 Hello fellow NF members.My story starts long long ago with a fitness level much greater than I have now. As a young Jedi I spent my days as a competitive cyclist and even spent some time at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado. But alas the years have taken their toll. A bout with mono when I was at my peak sent me on a spiral down to the chair jockey, junk eating Sith lord I have become. No exercise, poor diet and no motivation have led me a dark place. High blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol has lead to take medications that I'm sure are killing my liver as we speak. I need a way out of this carbonite imprisonment I call my body. I know 210 lbs is no Jaba, but I can't fit in my robes and I want to see battle."Help me Nerd Fitness, you're my only hope"Trooper Link to comment

But you've found the rebel headquarters now, so there is a new hope. There is a new challenge starting on 12/31 (or 1/1 or 1/7 if you want to wait for it), and I recommend that you join up. You'll need to join one of the guilds to be in the challenge. For the challenge, you'll need some specific goals that can be accomplished in a 6-7 week period. If you need help or a starting place, just give a shout. Welcome to the rebellion.
