Riley721 Posted January 4, 2013 Report Share Posted January 4, 2013 Hi guys! My name is Riley, I'm 6' 1" and around 250 lbs. Im 18 and currently a freshman in college. The big reason I'm here is to lose weight, my major goal is about 180. My biggest hobby I flying! I want to get my weight down so I can fly with more than one friend. (at my current weight I only have enough room for one other passenger). Anyway I just wanted to stop by here to introduce myself so now I'm going to sign up for the next six week challenge!!! Tanktimus the Encourager Posted January 4, 2013 Report Share Posted January 4, 2013 It sounds like you have a good plan for diet and exercise. Alternating intervals and BBW are great, be sure to have at least one day off a week for recovery. The adventurer's sounds like the place for you. Welcome to the rebellion.
