After deciding life had got a little dull i decided to write up a bucket list with a bit of internet surfing i found the rebellion and nerd fitness.I a keen gym user and work out around 5 times a week. The level up your life idea is so fitting for where i am at in life at the moment and the idea of using a role playing game style to set and track goals seems like a fun way to do it. Im in the process of setting up a blog so people can follow my adventure. Lofty Posted January 4, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 4, 2013 My ideal Fitness Goal is to Get a cover model body. Plan is to gain to around 11stone 160lb and drop my body fat percentage to around 8% and also train to run 5k without stopping. Just given up smoking so its hard for me atm. Gonna set some in stone next month am moving out to france in a few weeks so will need to see what i have to work with out there. I like the idea of the stats as a visual way to progress rather than just crossing them off got to thank nerd fitness for that idea.
