LOLI want to end up something like Chuck Norris, not Arnold Schwarzenegger. These guys are my insiration for now: I've lived in Asia for the best part of 10 years, so I have some trouble getting my head around the Palea "rice will make you fat" thing. The only fat Asians I've ever seen were those who had access to McDonalds! I'm going to just concentrate on not eating crap for now - no chocolates, iced coffees etc. Anyway, short intros are probably best.Ask me anything! I've gone more to just "real" food and not too worried about the whole is is paleo question. I'm little bit older than you, and on my 3rd challenge. I'm feeling great, I just have to keep in mind I build up a little slower than the 25 year olds. Have fun with the scouts.
