I've been following the blog for about 6 months now and it's become a daily read for me (even when there aren't new posts I end up going through old stuff that I haven't read.) Figured it's time to join up. I've been struggling for a few years with trying to lose weight. Hoping that some like minded people with similar goals will help me with my journey! Link to comment

So what kind of things are you looking into? Workouts? Diet changes? And have you checked out the six week challenge yet? I have been toying with the idea of trying out Paleo but I haven't really decided yet. Mostly workouts and just support. I did check out the 6 week challenge and I'm considering signing up!
