GVR's first steps to...world domination?

First post, first time here.  I'm an upper midwest male in my mid 40's, 6' and 182 lbs.  I've been very fit in the past, but life happened, and I now have way too much fat an not enough muscle. Been running/lifting sporadically, will use this 6 week challenge to make it habitual. 

 

...and if anyone can link me to the instructions for how to create/edit a signature, I'd appreciate it, thanks.
