I've been very fit in the past, but life happened, and I now have way too much fat an not enough muscle. Been running/lifting sporadically, will use this 6 week challenge to make it habitual. ...and if anyone can link me to the instructions for how to create/edit a signature, I'd appreciate it, thanks.
