As a computer geek (technical writer), I sit in front of a computer all day. I have been a soccer goalkeeper and bicycle rider all my life, but now I've reached that point where my metabolism and health issues have changed life for me. I recently joined a Crossfit gym, which is more fun than the old gym I visited, and have made a lot of diet changes. Hopefully I can add something to discussions, and help others. Link to comment
