This was after losing some pounds on Weight Watchers. Well... guess who's got two thumbs and gained it back?! *THIS GIRL* I really want to stick with the challenges this time. I'm going to focus most of my goals on changing my diet first, with three days a week of the basic body weight workout, I think. Unfortunately, I have to wait until the 7th to buy new food, so until then, I'll be watching my portions and avoiding unhealthy snacking.
