Starting Up

Hey everyone. Guess this is where I introduce myself and get the ball rolling. I'm a first-year college student in Vermont who is trying to level up his life. Over the past few months, I haven't paid much attention to my well-being. Exercise hasn't been a major part of my college life, and eating healthy has yet to become a priority for me. As a result of this (among other things), I don't have a lot of self-confidence and have been going through some tough times during my first few months here. It ends now, though. I'm focusing on getting healthy through both changing my eating habits and getting more into working out. Hopefully (along with some work on my mental outlook), I can start living the life that I truly want. Thanks for reading my intro, and I'm looking forward to becoming a part of NF.
