Ready to be a Rebel!!

Hello!

I am brand new to the site, but not to trying to get healthier. 

I've been actively changing my lifestyle since March of 2012 and I am always looking for support and motivation.

I just recently (this week) decided to follow the 'eat more to weight less' theory and have decided to switch primarily to strength training after I finish the current program I am doing. 

I am really looking forward to reading all the info on here and getting to know everyone and participate!

Eating less and strenght training are two of the best ways I can think of to get healthy, all you need now is some accountability and guidance, something the NF community excells at. I would recommend looking at the guilds and think about getting in on the next six week challenge.
