Preussenempire
I've recently decided to stop hibernating for three seasons. I'm a winter sports person, I snowboard and that's about the only exercise I get. I'm 5ft 3in and 130 pounds, a good chunk of it is fat. I want to be able to run a mile in under ten minutes and shed some of my weight so it's easier for me to board Recently I've been more active because of school and discovered that I actually enjoyed running around and challenging what little strength I have. I can only do 2 push ups, but they're solid and my chest almost touches the floor. I want to be able to do at least twenty by the end of the school year. Overall goals are:Become strongerShed some of my flabTry and cut out most sugars and completely shut out any type of corn syrupShow my school that girls can do more than ten good push ups.Meet a bunch of cool guys/girls who like exercising intelligently.
