I'm a brand new member of this little community you have going on here, been browsing the site for a while but i just recently decided to get my life into shape so it's become even more important than ever before. I'm 19 years old and i like to think i'm not in horrible shape, but i'm not even close to where i want to be, so i started attempting to eat better and as of last week i've been hitting the gym just about every day after work. I'm going into the navy in September, so getting stronger is pretty much one of my more forefront goals right now. I'm also really bad at writing about myself, so that's about all i've got for now.
