Vector
HI. I'm 46 and have been active in lifting and fitness for about 16 years. Started out small and scrawny, got bigger and stronger, got injured...a couple of times! I reset my baseline from 145 and a skinny fat rail to a highly variable 175-200 depending of food, training and goals. I've been a runner (mainly long distance trails), lifter, KB and sandbag guy, have been trained or done seminars/certs by a ton of good people. I love heavy lifting but I have some long standing instabilities in my back and SI joint that I am working on by going to mainly bodyweight training. Things still go out of whack, but not nearly as bad as when doing heavy squats and deads. I live deep in the boonies of Tennessee with my wife, 1 cat, 4 dogs and 25-60 chickens depending on the time of year. I'll get a copy of my training log going on here to keep myself on track, and try to be of service if I can be. Link to comment
