Hello,

 

I'm new! I'm trying to get into this whole "taking care of your body" thing. I've got a bit of a complicated relationship with it, so I've started with the Beginner Bodyweight Circuit that Steve made after reading him say that it doesn't matter what you start with, just START! I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so this is a good kick for me.

 

I'm 28. When I was younger, I figure skated, then I was anorexic for several years (not related to the skating), then I mostly got better and gained weight. The idea of exercising for the sake of fitness and health seemed so weird to me, so it has taken a while for me to get around to it. I suppose I'm an actual adult now and that is a thing that seems relegated to actual adults. (I have no idea why I have these weird associations.)

 

I'm a vegetarian and trying to change my diet to rely less on carbs and I'm trying to exercise more to become stronger and generally in better shape.
