Unos
Hey!Im all new to this site! and i must say, its looking good! i have been visiting it for some time now, and finally became a memeber. so why did i join you ask? hmmm...Because of the forums, the community and.. because of the rules! especially the #3 rule: #3. We train as naturally as possible.Thats how training should be done (in my twisted traning world), no machines! cowabunga!!but, im always open to new methods of training! im what i would like to call: "A kids training/exercise instructor" and have a fair amount of knowledge in that field. But also when it comes to adult training (sometimes the kids are actually better at training than the parents are..") So i hope that i can get inspired/get help here and maybe inspire/help some people as well, that would be awesome. for my future goals.. well im thinking about them, and i have some that i might start (and post) soon! oh! btw, as you might have noticed, english is not my first language.. your fellow rebel, unos!HUA!!!!
