I work as a stage manager. Recently, my wife and I got more serious about living healthy - eating right and exercising often. We found Nerd Fitness and are in love with it! Thus, I decided to join the forums, finally. I look forward to learning lots and getting to know everyone. My goals right now are to establish good habits to where I'm working out at least 6 hours a week. I want to lose about 30 pounds - I'm at 190 right now. Anyways. Enough about me. Head to the NERD FITNESS tab, and look for the FREE RESOURCES to find the guide to healthy eating. Good luck on your goals.
