Joining In

Hello everyone

Over the past two years I've manage to make some changes and lose a lot of weight. Now I'm working on getting strong. For over a a year I was sick - chronic fatigue syndrome triggered by an autoimmune disease. I've changed my diet (now mostly low carb paleo, often ketogenic) and I feel awesome. In an effort to keep my focus off the scale (because it feels like I've been stuck at my current weight for months), I'm switching my focus to the gym and what I can accomplish there. 

 

Current stats:

Age - 9 days shy of 30

Height - 4'11 (funsized!)

Weight - 138ish

Squat: 70lbs

Deadlift: 60lbs

Over Head Press: 30lbs
