I'm just glad that i took that pill... Right now I'm just focusing on eating the right stuff, cutting down on unnecessary carbs and sugars, a bit of weight training at home and RUNNING, just plain old running... I even created my own weights using old plastic containers, 1ltr and 5ltr, filled with sand and loose gravel... =) Been at it for the last 10 days...
