Stryker79 Posted April 15, 2013 Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 Hi there New to this have lost 20 kilos since starting in August last year and need to loose another 25 kilos. my main thing is now to up the anti as have hit a plateau along and with my dad passing away last week i don't want it to become my excuse for not keeping it up. Don't get me wrong i am grieving i am just not going to let it take it away what i have worked for. I also play Roller derby and really want to up my fitness to reduce the possibility of getting injured. Train like you were picked for the hunger games Link to comment
