Lucuva Posted April 25, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 25, 2013 I'm one of the kinny fat types and looking to get into better shape, bigger, stronger, that nice old song & dance. I'm starting off with a fresh diet and to quit smoking, then after some time with body weight workouts joining a gym and hitting the weights. Link to comment
