Hey NF peeps,

Ok so I have had some great compliments and PBs lately, and I've decided to write these down somewhere, so the next time I'm feeling down and unmotivated, I have something to read to remind me of how far I've come already.

Since late Jan 2013:

  • Down to 28% body fat from 32%
  • Dropped a dress size, 14 - 12
  • Weight down from 75kg - 72kg
  • Indoor row PRs - 100m sprint 19.1 seconds (from 20.5)
  • Spin bike RPM PR - 187
  • Compliments - looking 'smaller', much 'skinnier', 'lost so much weight!', 'big muscles like a sports woman'

I'm going to keep adding to this every time I get something positive as a result of the changes I'm making in my life. Whoohoo!

  • Dance teacher said - 'look so different'
