I found this site around a week ago, and after looking through some of the articles, I realized that this was kind of place that would help me reach my fitness goals. I already have clearly defined goals for right now, but I need help in figuring out how to reach them. In the past two weeks I've been able to reach one of them, but that one I had already nearly completed. The rest, I'm a good bit away from accomplishing. So, if anybody's willing to help out, holler, and maybe tell me how to get started around here if you could.
