Burizado Posted May 8, 2013 Report Share Posted May 8, 2013 I know it may not be much around NF, looking at the DL leaderboard, but I passed my BW in my deadlift yesterday. 290 lbs. x 5 reps @ 282 BW Just thought I would share since that is one of the first goals I set when I started lifting. Next goal: Lift my original weight when I started my journey of 415 lbs. Link to comment

I guess if I look at it as many journeys, weight, strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, speed, that make the entire quest to a healthier me.
