No, No hold your applause please. It breaks down like this; MaleHeight – 174cm (5.7)Age - 39 (Yes my metabolism is slowing down but I refuse to accept this as a reason)Weight 10/5/2013 – 95.5Kgs (210.5lbs)Neck 41 (16.1 in)Shoulders 123 (48.4 in)Chest 105 (41.3 in)Waist 109 (42.9 in)Hips 107 (42.1 in)Thigh 65 (25.5 in)Calf 42 (16.5 in)Bicep 40 (15.7 in) Health;Blood pressure, cholestrole, blood sugar, Testostone and Hormone levels all “within parametersâ€.No virus’s or hidden illnesses. No brain turmors (Doc didn’t mention he was looking for one or it could be a possiblility). Just all over average normal healthy. Injuries;2003, Prolapse disc in lower spine to right hand side. (Drunken spa injury)2007, Broken Ankle, Motorbike accident (Garbage truck took right of way)Last couple of months. Tennis elbow. Affecting weights program. Eatting habits;Not that good bad not that bad either. I’m still reading up and there are changes I can make. Paleo Diet here we go! Hobbies/ActivitiesPaintball. Sup Air, Semipro level. Bushball. Reff at a local field.Dirt bikes. No Motox. Mainly Endro and out in the bush with mates. Road bikes. I’ve owned bikes since 1989 and I’ll ride until I die. Now, having read all that, I know it doesn’t sound that bad. That there are possibly millions out there worse off than me. I realise this. Buuuuuuuuut………. I’m fighting a battle against the spare tyre around my guts.I want to jump on the scales and see, as a start, the high 80’s.I have been watching what I eat. I have been making it to gym twice, sometimes three times a week. I’ve got a gym buddy to keep me honest and do the fourth set. I’m losing, so……. I’m jumping on the Paleo DietI am starting the Body Weight Brigade program. I have signed and paid for my spot in the Australian Tough Mudder. (I'm gonna buy a NerdFittness Shirt and wear on the day)I have told everyone I know (including Facebook) so I cannot back out or find an excuse. I will not be the unfit Dad who cant chase his three yr old Daughter around the yard. I won’t be posting much but I will be gaining motivation from the success stories. Thank you. rellabtniaP Human. I'm really getting into the idea of "Level up your Life". Such a simple statement but much harder to achieve in real life. I think its what I need right now.
