For years I had that awesome balance of fatness and good genes. so I could sit right on the edge and dance around without a care. Well, after a string of events I turned into a shut in and tipped the scale. So, I started working out, and lo an behold, 15 pounds in I went to small party and some sort of super sickness decided to keep me down for three weeks. 2 months later I hopped on the scale and I'm only 2 pounds from where I started. Now It's time to do this again, and do this right. Which means joining the rebellion here. This time instead of just moving the scales to a comfortable level I'm aiming for something more. Starting at 288.8 poundsgoal -50.(8) --------- 230 Pounds. First stop, the 10 pound mark. Here goes. Link to comment

I passed my nerd/geek genes on to him.
