Restarting fitness with a vengeance.

Hey everyone, I'm Spencer.

 

For years I had that awesome balance of fatness and good genes. so I could sit right on the edge and dance around without a care.

 

Well, after a string of events I turned into a shut in and tipped the scale. So, I started working out, and lo an behold, 15 pounds in I went to small party and some sort of super sickness decided to keep me down for three weeks. 2 months later I hopped on the scale and I'm only 2 pounds from where I started.

 

Now It's time to do this again, and do this right. Which means joining the rebellion here. This time instead of just moving the scales to a comfortable level I'm aiming for something more. 

 

Starting at 288.8 pounds

goal          -50.(8)

                  ---------

                 230  Pounds.

 

First stop, the 10 pound mark. Here goes.

Hi, Spencer.  I'm new to NF, too.  You look like you are around the same age as my son (he'll be 23 this year - wow now I feel old!).  I passed my nerd/geek genes on to him.  I have every confidence in you to reach your goals!
