Hello Nerd Fitness people! I saw an article about Spezzy yesterday that was so cool and inspiring! Which led me here.... I've been in the process of losing weight for awhile now. But I've been hearing about lifting heavy to tone up and that's where I want to focus, instead of just running...er,um...."jogging" on the treadmill.  I've lost 30 pounds already but need to lose another 30, or at least tone up enough to look like I've lost that much! I can totally accept the fact that I may not weigh what I want to to look my best.

 

Thanks for the great community here! Now I'm going to start digging around to see where I can get started! :)
