Hey , Asian Nerd here .

Hi,

 

Right Now, I'm pretty comfortable with my size/weight/body composition. I'm pretty healthy and I'm pretty satisfied with my diet and exercise routine. However, I'm just 'comfortable' not satisfied.  

 

I need to find an Arch nemesis , and learn how to properly use gym equipment. 

 

Also : I'm Indian..and our food is mainly based on grains..

Still , I've managed to follow the Paleo diet strictly for the last month and I joined the Rebellion very recently .

 

I'm not exactly sure where to start, though. I'd love to do parkour and I currently do Tai-chi everyday on my own right now, but I seriously have no idea what I am doing.

 

Also..I haven't been able to figure out how to join/or identify myself as belonging to a guild here .

 

If anyone can do that or point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.

I have been meaning to ask about the guild system myself and looking to do tai chi and yoga on my own soon. I need to do some proper research on the subject.

Hey Adi! I'm a new member in the Rebellion too and was excited to see another brownie :redface-new: I can completely relate to a childhood of vegetarian Indian food which was mostly carb-based. Now I have those years to thank for my continued addiction to white foods. Here's to making positive changes!

hello fellow Indian Nerd :) completely empathize with ur problem... if we say no to roti n rice, ppl stare at us like we just said voldemort's name out loud  :playful:  I am currently in the process of freeing myself from rotis n rice as much as i can, n i can give u one advice... embrace d weirdness  :pride:
