Adi Posted May 28, 2013 Report Share Posted May 28, 2013 Hi, Right Now, I'm pretty comfortable with my size/weight/body composition. I'm pretty healthy and I'm pretty satisfied with my diet and exercise routine. However, I'm just 'comfortable' not satisfied. I need to find an Arch nemesis , and learn how to properly use gym equipment. Also : I'm Indian..and our food is mainly based on grains..Still , I've managed to follow the Paleo diet strictly for the last month and I joined the Rebellion very recently . I'm not exactly sure where to start, though. I'd love to do parkour and I currently do Tai-chi everyday on my own right now, but I seriously have no idea what I am doing. Also..I haven't been able to figure out how to join/or identify myself as belonging to a guild here . If anyone can do that or point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.
