  Hi, my name is Felicia and I am 19 years old.

 

  I joined this site to be healthy and more active. I been overweight for as long as I remember and I always feel tired. I really need to get out of this rut of sleeping all the time and doing nothing. So, hopefully I can find the support I need to feel good about living.

 

  To be honest don't know where to start but, I hope I stick with this and become a more active member of this site.

Well, you're here & you've joined the adventurer's guild, so you've made a start.  We are on week 1 of a 6 week challenge, so maybe you would like to jump on in and join.  5 weeks is plenty of time to get started on some new healthy habits.  Maybe a dropping sodas, or switching out some processed foods for fruits/veggies?  A walk 3 days a week is not too tough.  If you want to run some goals by my, drop me a message (if you hover over my name you'll see the option).  Welcome on in.
