I was wondering is it easier to lose weight now cause im still in high school, and am not very active, i take runs and do the beginner's circuit here on nerd fitness. But I still weigh the same as I did when i started Two weeks ago, and usually I manage to lose at least 5 to 7 pounds during the school year in that amount of time. but it come back cause i only started the beginner's circuit couple weeks ago. Laureleye
The main part of weight loss is what you eat. When you say your dad likes potatoes and greasy foods, I assume you mean at dinner. If that is what is being served, the only control you have is how much you eat; can you minimize the quantity? Can you control what you eat for the rest of your meals and snacks? Don't give up on your running and beginner's body weight circuits. Send me a message if I can give you more help. The hardest part of the workout is lacing up your shoes'"10 | 11 | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 | Current Challenge |INTJ | MFP | FitBit Link to comment
