SammehCat
So I've lost 25 pounds since last September. I know that's a fairly long time, but the truth is I lost 5-10 pounds in September-November once I started working, and then I lost 10-15 pounds in January alone by cleaning up my diet a little bit and using kettle bells to work out, and then I've lost 5-8 pounds in the past two weeks after moving. Now that I'm not living with my family, I eat three meals a day like a normal person and I eat smaller portions, and that alone is causing me to lose weight.I can't wait until I can start eating more primal and exercising at a gym with weights. Because if I'm getting this kind of progress from what I'm doing now, I can't imagine how effective it'll be to start doing what I'd like to be doing. cityalien
Wow, that sounds great! Keep it up, and keep watching the things you eat. Going primal was probably the best thing I've ever done for my body. Now I look at carbs and laugh, thinking of all the grief they had caused me. You're doing awesome. Endor
Are you sure you're leg didn't fall off? Well done that's great progress! You'll love primal once you make the leap Quote Endor, LVL 45 Half-Elf Ranger PR and Motivation Log | Current Battle Log Feb-March 2022 Challenge Link to comment
Katinka
Do you own (or have access to) a 25lb kettlebell? I was working with a 30lb kettlebell at the gym the other night, and realized I've *almost* lost that much weight - and there's no way it was as dense as those darn kbs are! Anyway, once I'm down a full 30lbs, I want to take my picture holding the kb - you should do this too, especially since you credit so much of your loss to them! Quote Link to comment
