Boke Posted July 10, 2013 Report Share Posted July 10, 2013 Greetings, fellow nerds! My name is Marc and I recently discovered Nerd Fitness while searching online for interval training. This looks like a great community to be a part of. I'm a husband, father of 3 and a small business owner. What small business you might ask? I own a comic book store. For the last 10 years I've been working to destroy the stereotype of comic shops and shop owners created by the Simpsons and Big Bang Theory. My shop is clean, well lit and family friendly, just like any retail store should be. And I'm trying to keep myself in good shape, too. I'm working my way towards the Advanced Body Weight Routine, but I really need help with my diet. It's not horrible, but I'm interested in learning more about the Paleo diet.
